Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents from initiating and proceeding with any construction work in the 30 feet road, adjacent to Plot No.98, Mullai Nagar, Suramangalam, Salem, thereby preventing the general public to access the road meant for the purposes of using men and vehicle, which was allotted and approved by the Government based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2015.

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we direct the second and third respondents to dispose of the representations made by the residents of Mullai Nagar on 07.01.2015, 10.01.2015 along with the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2015, within one month of the receipt of the order after notice to all concerned.
