C.M.P.No.5057 of 2016 in A.S.No.282 of 2016 S.NAGAMUTHU.J., AND N.AUTHINATHAN.J., This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to grant an order of interim stay of money decree dated 16.04.2009 made in O.S.No.598 of 2004 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-II, Coimbatore.

2. This court has passed an interim order of interim stay on 12.04.2016. The appeal suit in A.S.No.282 of 2016 has been filed challenging the money decree dated 16.04.2009. This court has passed an order on 12.04.2016 granting interim stay on condition that the petitioner/appellant shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- over and above the amount already deposited in execution petition within four weeks.

3. Today, it is represented to this court that the said condition has been complied with. The same is recorded. In view of the above, C.M.P.No.5057 of 2016 is allowed and the order of interim stay granted earlier is made absolute.
