This petition has been filed to amend the crime number as Crime No.10 of 2024 instead of Crime No.239 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11538 of 2024 dated 03.06.2024.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Further, the time granted by this Court to comply with the condition

(6) in Crl.O.P.No.11538 of 2024 shall be extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
