Heard Mr.S.K.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for direction upon the second respondent to accord permission to conduct dance programme on the eve of the temple festival on 07.03.2015. 3.Admittedly, there is no vested right for the petitioner to claim that the respondent should grant permission. In the absence of any such vested right, the question of issuing direction upon the second respondent to grant permission cannot be issued. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Accordingly, while declining to grant the relief sought for, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue a representation before the second respondent, which shall be considered in accordance with law expeditiously, that is before 06.03.2015. 5.This writ petition is dismissed with the above observation.
