This petition has been filed to amend the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 506(2), 307 and 379 of IPC instead of Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 506(2) and 379 of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.11800 of 2024 dated 04.06.2024.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Further, the time granted by this Court to comply with the condition

(6) in Crl.O.P.No.11800 of 2024 shall be extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
