PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to cancel the gift deed executed by Petitioner's husband N.S.Vasudevan in respect of land to an extent of 17 cents comprised in S.No.110/2 and 110/2B situated at Singirihalli Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District by document No.525/1988 registered with Sub-Registrar, Kadathur dated 26.10.1988.

O R D E R
When it is pointed out by Mr. R. Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, that the Petitioner cannot call upon the Respondents to cancel the gift deed executed by her husband for non-compliance of the purpose for which it was executed and the remedy of the Petitioner in that regard is to institute suit in the jurisdictional Civil Court for appropriate relief, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with liberty to resort to the same and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 2.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
