This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 3 & 4 to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.04.2021 & 20.07.2021 and proceed with investigation in accordance with law. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Marudhachalamurthy.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the First Information Report on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.04.2021 followed by 20.07.2021.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.295 of 2021 has been registered for the offences under Section 379 of IPC and the same is under investigation.
