The petitioner worked as Special Grade Conductor and on attaining the age of superannuation, retired from service on 30.6.2008.

The petitioner having found that before his superannuation by order dated 28.03.2008, some of his juniors working as Special Grade Conductor were promoted to the post of Checking Inspectors/Time Keepers, submitted a representation requesting the respondent to give him promotion. Since there was no follow up action taken by the respondent, the petitioner submitted a final representation on 25.02.2014. The present request is to direct the respondent to consider the said representation on merits.

2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 25.02.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
