O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 25.11.2021 made in W.P.No.25193 of 2021.

2.Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.V.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, even though an order has been passed by the respondent on 27.12.2021, the order is not inconsonance with the orders issued by this Court. Therefore, contempt would lie. Hence, he wants to pursue the contempt petition.

3.However, on perusal of the order, whatever the order passed by the respondent pursuant to the order of this Court can be treated as compliance. However, if there is any further grievance with regard to order dated 27.12.2021 is concerned, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 2 / 4

4.In that view of the matter, this Contempt Petition is closed, of course with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 27.12.2021 passed by the respondent in the manner known to law. 12.10.2022 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No sp/drm 3 / 4
