..Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the first Respondent to release the amount due to the petitioner in the name of General Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund, Encashment of Earned Leave and Salary for the period from 23.08.2010 to 29.09.2014 and also direct the 1st respondent to submit the Pension proposal of the petitioner to the Accountant General for early sanction within a reasonable period to be fixed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer in the writ petition has already been complied with by the respondents and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has circulated a letter dated 20.12.2016 to the Registry as well as made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect.
