ORDER

Petitioner has come up with the present petition seeking to return the document which was registered as Document No.3002 of 2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3002/2014, dated 12.10.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

wherein, it is stated that the document of the petitioner had been handed over to him duly after receiving the deficit stamp duty.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is made clear that in so far as the payment of deficit stamp duty is concerned, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
