Heard Mr.P.Gunaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 28.10.2014. In the said representation, the petitioner has pointed out that the 2nd respondent has created fraudulent document and has requested enquiry to be conducted and set aside the document. The petitioner has invoked the power of the respondent granted pursuant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to Circular No.67 issued by the Inspector general of registration, who empowered District Registrar to enquire into fraudulent transaction and alleged impersonation in registering documents.

4. Since the application is pending, without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and pass reasoned orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
