[Order of the Court made by Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy, J] By this miscellaneous petition, the petitioner seeks leave to appeal against the order dated 24.04.2025 in Application No.2186 of 2025.

2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was the highest bidder in previous round of auctions in relation to the same property. He also submits that the petitioner could not participate in the auction because the property was bifurcated into seven parcels and the petitioner was unaware that it is the same property. He further submits that there were several irregularities in the auction process.

3. The matter relates to the properties of a Trust. The record shows that the petitioner was the highest bidder in previous round of auctions relating thereto. On instructions, learned Senior Counsel submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to offer a higher price. In the circumstances, this petition is allowed granting leave to the petitioner to file an appeal.
