This application has been filed to direct the Official Liquidator to adjudicate their claims and disburse the amount to 97 workers (as per the schedule) under Section-529 A of the Companies Act, 1956 in C.P.No.151 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submitted that the Official Liquidator has already invited the claims. He further stated that the petitioner without approaching the official liquidator with proper records, has come to the Court. In view of the same, the petitioner if advised shall file the claim before the Official Liquidator. If such claim is made, the official liquidator shall adjudicate the claim as per law.

3. With the above observation, the company application is disposed of.
