This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation expeditiously and file charge sheet.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that First Information Report in Crime No.12 of 2020 had been registered on 03.08.2020. Now, even after lapse of one year, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation is not yet completed and final report not yet filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation in this case is almost completed and final report is likely to be filed within a period of one month.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
