The decision of this Court has been over ruled by the Hon'ble Division Bench, with liberty to consider the cases of the petitioners sympathetically, in the light of the recommendations of the 6th respondent/Block Development Officer, Mathur Panchayat Union, Krishnagiri District.

2. In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in WA.No.2539 of 2022 on 24.08.2023, the contempt petition is not maintainable any longer. Nor the sub application Nos.683 and 684 of 2023 which have been filed by the petitioners for a direction to the respondent to accommodate petitioners as noon meal organisers in the existing vacancies in Krishnagiri District as per the undertaken given by the respondent before this Court in WA.No.2539 of 2022 are not maintainable. Therefore, the contempt petitions and the sub applications 2/5

are dismissed.
