ORDER

Heard Mr.O.R.Abulkalaam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to issue legal heirship certificate to the petitioner, since her mother Mrs.Mary Lousia Jane Huntle Younger passed away. In this regard, an application has been submitted to the 3rd respondent on 06.12.2014.

3.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contention, there shall be a direction to the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to consider the petitioner's application for grant of legal heirship certificate, after conducting enquiry into the matter and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
