This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to issue a ''No Objection Certificate'' to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of "Manthra Spa" at 391, Avinashi Road, Bungalow Stop, Tiruppur -641 602, by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2023 is available with the respondent police and appropriate orders will be passed within a period of four weeks.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
