This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

In view of the pending current paper No.924 of 2026, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent police and co-operate for the enquiry and the first respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be harassed in the name of enquiry.
