It is represented by Mr.Dhalapathy Vignesh Kumar, learned junior counsel representing the counsel on record for the first and second respondents that the suit O.S.No.913 of 2014 has been dismissed as settled out of Court and therefore, the instant Civil Revision Petition has now become infructuous. He has also produced a status report from the website of Principal District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, which confirms that O.S.No.913 of 2014 has been dismissed as settled out of Court.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned junior counsel for the first and second respondents, the instant Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
