The Writ Petition has been filed directing the First Respondent to dispose the Appeal dated 25.03.2019 to include the Petitioner's name in the Joint Patta.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents states that the date of hearing of the appeal has been fixed on 28.08.2019 before the First Respondent and he has filed a memo to that effect, which is recorded.

3. The First Respondent shall ensure that notice is issued in advance to all parties concerned and there is atleast one effective hearing every week conducted for speedy progress of the case. The Petitioner shall cooperate for the earlier disposal of the same.
