ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Investigation Officer and produce all the materials available with him. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation to complete the same. The Investigation Officer is directed to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
