ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munif Court, Salem, to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2021 in O.S.No.538 of 2021 expeditiously.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Considering the limited scope of the revision petition which is only seeking a prayer to dispose of pending I.A.No.2 of 2021, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Salem, within reasonable time, the civil revision petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4.The suit has been filed for declaration and I.A.No.2 of 2021 has been filed seeking an interim injunction. The said application has been pending from 2021 and the petitioner only seeks a limited relief to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2021, expeditiously.

5.The learned counsel for the respondents also fairly submits that suitable directions can be issued to the Trial court.

6.Considering that I.A.No.2 of 2021 being an injunction application, is pending right from 2021 onwards, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the same, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the learned counsel for the parties. 2/4

7.With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
