PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the charge proceedings in order R.O.C.No.3959-A/2011/B2 dated 9.8.2014 of the respondent and quash the same as is erroneous, unjust, without jurisdiction, unconstitutional and malafide. For Petitioner : Mr.J.Nagarajan ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN,J Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle today to that effect.
