ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 294 (b), 506 (2), 406 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.Not Known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to family dispute between the petitioner and his wife/ defacto complainant, a false case has been registered against the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petition enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.619 of 2024 and the same was closed on 25.09.2024.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 15-05-2025 ASI
