3. In view of the above, the writ petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority within the appeal time prescribed under the Act. Till such time, the respondent shall not take any coercive action. Registry is directed to return the original orders impugned in this writ petition to the petitioner after retaining a copy of the same. No costs.
