Mr.A.Gopinath, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by a common order dated 12.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.Nos.6365 and

6363 of 2026 that "Para 10(c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30.a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para 10(c) of the common order dated 12.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.Nos.6365 and 6363 of 2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30.a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
