Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) by the petitioner in favour of "Cancer Institute, Adyar, Chennai"

within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready failing which the miscellaneous petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
