ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation from the 2nd respondent to some other agency for proper investigation of the case in Crime No.223 of 2014, pending before the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report will be filed at any time. However, he requests the leave of this Court to file the final report before the Special Court to CCB, CID cases, Egmore, Chenna, instead of the special Court for Land Grabbing cases,chennai.

3. In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation at this stage and the second respondent is directed to file a final report before the Special Court CCB CID cases, Egmore, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Immediately, on receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the final report, the Court below shall proceed further in accordance with law and complete the proceedings within a period of six months thereafter.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
