This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the review against the Order passed in W.P.No.5851 of 2023 dated 28.02.2023.

2.Heard Mr.J.Srinivas Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.K.A.Mariappan, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleaders for the respondents 2 to 5 and they expressed no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
