Petition filed under section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to survey the land in Sisuruganapalli, Hosur Survey No.235/3 in Patta No.1033 to an extent of the property measuring acre 5.10 Cents, based on the application filed by the petitioner dated 30.12.2014. O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Petitioner seeks for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to survey the land in Survey No.235/3 in Patta No.1033 based on the application filed by the petitioner dated 30.12.2014. 3.According to the petitioner, the land in question is a private patta land and has filed application for survey and has also paid necessary fees on 30.12.2014. Since the matter is pending with the respondent, the petitioner has approached this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In the light of the above, there will be a direction to consider the petitioner's application dated 30.12.2014 for making survey of the property, after notice to the petitioner and neighbouring land owners and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is dismissed with the above observation. No costs.
