Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 3rd respondent to take appropriate action against the officials of 2nd respondent who acted against the guidelines issued by the office of 1st respondent vide order dated 21.05.2012 in Letter No.U16/13/6/Ayur-5/2011-ISM and also initiate to take appropriate steps to procure the non-available Siddha drugs for ESI Hospitals as per the requirements made by their Siddha doctors by utilizing the fund allotted to them by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2018 & 18.06.2018 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
