Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to modify the condition "The petitioners/A1 and A2 are hereby directed to deposit the amount of Rs.30,000/- each (Total Rs.60,000) to the credit of Cr.No.173 of 2023 of Thandrampet Police Station in the Court of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thandrampet" passed in Crl.M.P.No.1713 of 2023 dated 09.06.2023 on the file of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai. ORDER
This petition is filed for challenging the order dated 09.06.2023 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai, in Crl.M.P.No.1713 of 2023.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.173 of 2023 of Thandrampet Police Station in the Court of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thandrampet". Challenging this condition, this petition is filed.
3.It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that before the conclusion of trial, condition imposed is not correct. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that it is mentioned in the First Information Report that the damage caused for the properties worth about Rs.1,00,000/-.

4.In the said circumstances, this Court does not find anything illegal in directing the petitioners to deposit Rs.30,000/- each to the credit of Cr.No.173 of 2023 of Thandrampet Police Station in the Court of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thandrampet. It is ultimately for the trial Court to take a decision on the amount deposited at the end of the trial. Therefore, this Court finds there is no need to interfere with the order dated 09.06.2023 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai, in Crl.M.P.No.1713 of 2023. Petitioner is granted two weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to deposit the amount.
