ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr. T. Elumalai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has already received the property in question, i.e., the Pulsar NS200 two-wheeler bearing
Registration No. PY-05-R-1753.
2.The learned counsel further submitted that since the interim custody of the vehicle has already been handed over, the relief sought in the present revision case has become infructuous. Therefore, he submitted that he does not intend to press this criminal revision petition any further and requests permission of this Court to withdraw the same. 3.Mr. M. Dinesh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent State, has no objection to the request made by the petitioner's counsel.
4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. No further orders are required to be passed.
