The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents herein, to consider the Petitioner's representations dated 07.08.2017 and 10.06.2019 and issue transfer of patta in her favour at the earliest.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the said representations dated dated 07.08.2017 and 10.06.2019 submitted by the Petitioner has been considered and disposed by order dated 22.11.2019 and a copy of the same has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. 3.

Recording the subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. If the Petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to work out his remedies for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law.
