A. No.6338 of 2023 and C.S. No.399 of 2014 P.B.BALAJI, J., The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report along with the Memo. The report is taken on file and the said memo dated 13.04.2024 has been perused. It is seen that this Court by order dated 16.02.2024, had fixed initial remuneration of Rs.30,000/- and directed both the parties to pay Rs.15,000/- each. The plaintiffs have paid their share. However, the share of the defendants has not been paid.

2. The learned Advocate Commissioner also communicated that Rs.31,699/- was incurred towards Engineer Fees and Miscellaneous expenses. Therefore, the parties shall pay an additional remuneration of Rs.25,000/- each to the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks. Objection for the report, if any, shall be filed within a period of two weeks.

3. Post the matter on 05.06.2024.
