vsi2 COMMON ORDER The instant Civil Revision Petitions have been filed aggrieved by an interlocutory order passed in A.S.5 of 2006. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Appeal itself has been disposed of on 30.08.2006.

2. Recording the said submission the Civil Revision Petition has now become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
