C.M.P.No.14085 of 2019 has been filed to bring the legal heirs of the deceased/1st Respondent, who died on 12.05.2019, on record. 2.Even though names of the proposed parties printed in the cause list, none appears.

3.The factum of the death of the 1st Respondent viz., Perumal and the proposed parties are the legalheirs of the deceased 1st Respondent are not in dispute.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, in the interest of justice, C.M.P.No.14085 of 2019 is allowed.

5.Registry is directed to amend the cause title. Post the Second Appeal during second week of February 2022.
