Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the (i) impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Proceedings No. MCI-34(41) (E-66)/2014Med/156032 dated 31.01.2015. (ii) Letter of the 3rd respondent in Letter No. 43832/MC.2/2014-2 dated 22.01.2015. (iii) Letter of the 4th respondent in Letter No. LR.No.Affln.III(3)/62910/2014 dated

29.01.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.08.2014 for permission to establish a New Medical College within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court in accordance with law without insisting on the petitioner to produce the fresh essential certificate from the 3rd respondent and consent of affiliation from the 4th respondent.
