ORDER

Pursuant to the direction of this Court calling upon the respondents 1 to 7 to file an affidavit of undertaking, today, an affidavit of undertaking, signed by all the seven respondents dated 18.07.2025 is presented before me. The respondents have undertaken that there has been no interference or disturbance caused or threats issued to the counsel who appears for the revision petitioner or the revision petitioner. They have also stated that they have not caused any threat to the counsel earlier.

2. Recording the said undertaking, Tr.C.M.P.No.495 of 2025 is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
