ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner either by themselves or their subordinates unlawfully under the guise of conducting an enquiry. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, one Srinadh Baratam gave a complaint against the petitioner alleging that, his wages had not been paid. On the basis of his complaint, respondent police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, one Srinadh Baratam gave a complaint alleging that, he joined as Deputy Manager at M/s. Burndy Technology & Global Business Services Private Limited in the year 2014 and then he was promoted as Director on 13.08.2015. In the year 2020, he was terminated without paying his due wages. On the basis of this complaint, respondent police conducted enquiry and advised both the parties to approach the appropriate forum. He further submitted that, as of now, petitioner is not required for any enquiry and there is no harassment.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that, petitioner is not required for any enquiry, this Court is of the view that, no order is necessary to be passed in this petition. 2/4
