This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.06.2019 by Sub Division the petitioner's land bearing Survey No.188/1, for an extent of 0.10 cents situated at Mangalore Village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District based on the Sale Deed in the name of the petitioner in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.06.2019, wherein the petitioner has sought for a sub-division of the subject property and for the issuance of patta in her name after sub-division. 2.

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the first respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry on 26.11.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned Government Advocate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the first respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to complete the entire process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
