This petition is filed to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment passed by the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in S.C.No.308 of 2023, dated 13.02.2026..

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing on either side, we are inclined to condone the above said delay.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
