O R D E R
Heard both sides. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner is a Salesman in TASMAC. A disciplinary action has been initiated against him and he was placed under suspension.
3.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to forbear the respondent from terminating him from service. The miscellaneous petition is filed seeking for direction to pay him subsistence allowance.
4.The learned counsel for the respondent TASMAC states that the enquiry would be concluded and final order would be passed in three months. It is also stated that if the subsistence allowance is not paid, the same would be paid to him.

5.Recoding the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent TASMAC, the respondent is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If subsistence allowance is not paid to the petitioner so far, the respondent is also directed to pay the subsistence allowance and arrears shall be paid within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the subsistence allowance shall be paid on or before 10th of every succeeding month, till final order is passed.
6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
