This petition is filed under under Order XXII Rule 3 of Civil Procedure Code to bring on record the proposed petitioners herein as the legal heirs of the deceased first petitioner viz., lakshman in the above Civil Revision Petition and rank them as petitioners 3 to 5.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos.3 and 4 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the facts and circumstances, the present petition is allowed.
