ORDER
Learned Additional Advocate General submitted that against the order passed in the writ petition in W.P.No.42345 of 2016, against which the contempt petition has been filed, they have preferred an intra court appeal. During the adjudication of the miscellaneous petition seeking for condonation of delay, a settlement was arrived at between the Corporation and the employee, which was recorded and orders passed on 04.11.2024 .
