Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to place petitioner's husband under the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules 1978 (Old Pension Scheme) and allot G.P.F. number to him based on his initial date of appointment by the proceedings of the Deputy Director of health services, Salem vide Letter No.R.No.2180/E7/2002 dated 16.08.2002 as Pharmacist, which is applicable to those who entered into service prior to 01.04.2003 consequently, direct the respondents to disburse the family pension to her.
