C.M.P.No.377 of 2022 C.M.P.No.377 of 2022 in S.A.No.141 of 2014 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent namely Narayanasamy @ Duraisamy Reddiar as respondents 2 to 6 and rank them as 2 to 6 and the legal representatives of the deceased Valarmathi as proposed respondents 7 to 10 and rank them as respondents 7 to 10 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Mr.D.Govindareddy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 6 submitted that he has no objection for ordering this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
