The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Section 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) BNS, 294(b), 321, 324, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from today. If the petitioner's appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioner.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
