Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.RABUMANOHAR, Advocate for the 1 & 3
respondents and of for M/S.P.R.GOPINATHAN, Advocate 2nd respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to enable the submit button in the AICTE web portal to submit the Petitioner's Application Forms for AICTE Approval for School Management VISTAS (MBA), School of Computing Science, VISTAS (MCA) and School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, VISTA (Pharmacy UG & PG Courses) to apply for Extension of Approval (EOA) for the academic year 2018-2019 as per the order of this Court passed in W.M.P.No.9263 of 2018 in W.P.No.577 of 2018. 2.
As Applications have been made for the above said Courses before 31st May 2018, the AICTE web portal shall be opened for three days for the said Courses, viz. M.B.A., M.C.A. and B.Pharm. for extension of approval and it can be processed by the Respondents, on merits. Notice.
